Overview
Stage Proof is designed with your privacy in mind. Your songs, lyrics, and personal content stay on your device. We collect minimal, anonymous usage analytics to improve the app.
Data Storage
All your songs, lyrics, practice history, and gig setlists are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is not accessible to us or any third party.
Analytics
Stage Proof uses PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics (e.g. which features are used, app events). This helps us understand how the app is used and where to improve it.
- No personal information (name, email, etc.) is collected
- No account or registration is required
- No advertising identifiers are used
- Your song content, lyrics, and practice data are never sent to any server
- Analytics data is processed by PostHog on EU servers
Data Deletion
Your songs and content are stored locally — delete them in the app or by uninstalling. Analytics data is anonymous and cannot be linked back to you.
Children's Privacy
Stage Proof does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The anonymous analytics described above apply equally to all users.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
